The compressor that
shows its work.
Every compressor asks you to imagine what it’s doing. DeltaComp draws it — the exact gain reduction on your material, over time, as you turn the knobs. Set attack by seeing the transient survive. Transparent, honest, everyday.
“Fast attack” means nothing.
One unit’s “fast” is another’s “slow.” The numbers on the box tell you what the detector was asked to do — not what happened to your audio.
DeltaComp scrolls the dry signal, the wet signal, and the exact gain reduction between them. When the transient survives the attack, you see it survive. When the release pumps, you see the pump — and you fix it in one move instead of five listens.
Stereo, L/R, or Mid/Side.
DeltaComp compresses in the domain your material lives in: classic Stereo, independent L / R lanes, or Mid / Side — each lane with its own threshold, ratio, knee and timing.
Glue the centre while the sides keep breathing. Tame the hi-hat that only lives on the left. Every lane is drawn in its own colour — the same channel language as the whole Delta family.
Louder is not better.
Every compressor demo sounds “better” because it’s louder. AUTO makeup level-matches wet to dry, so bypassing compares the compression — not the volume jump.
And the crest readout shows dry → wet in numbers: exactly how much punch you traded for density. When the trade is worth it, you’ll see that too.
Duck to anything.
Feed any track into the sidechain and DeltaComp ducks to it — with a permanent LC / HC detector filter so rumble and hiss never drive the decisions.
The scope draws the key signal too, so you see what the detector heard and what it did about it — kick in, bass down, and both of them on screen.
Part of the Delta family.
Delta plugins find each other in your project — no bussing, no routing. DeltaMeter’s SWARM wall picks up every DeltaComp and shows its gain-reduction story per track, live.
Your compressors, your EQs and your analyzers stop being separate windows and become one view of the mix.
Small tools, big payoff.
Every DeltaComp license includes DeltaWall.
A free standalone app that shows every Delta plugin in your project on one wall — one live tile each, no routing or setup — so you can watch the whole session from one window.
Almost there.
DeltaComp is in final development and compressing real mixes daily. The open beta — with the same buy-once, every-update-free deal as DeltaMeter — is coming soon.
